I’m always a little skeptical about fad dieting and companies that use social media and influencers for the majority of their marketing, but GEEZ GUYS AREBONNE IS LIKE REALLY FREAKING LEGIT! I’ve had such problems waking up in the morning since about January, and when my friend recommended their chocolate protein powder as a breakfast treat I didn’t really expect much.
Three days after starting to take this in the morning instead of eating a sugar meal and I. Feel. Great. Here’s what I mix together (you can use a Nutribullet, Ninja or regular blender) to get a morning energy boost that lasts well throughout the day.
STEP 1: Blend Ingredients
1/2 cup Starbucks or Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Coffee — Bought at HEB or Trader Joe’s in bulk
1 scoop Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder — Contact me for my rep’s info!
1 scoop Arbonne Multivitamin Powder — Contact me for my rep’s info!
1 tbsp MCT Oil
STEP 2: Add Dairy-Free Cream
Splash of Coconut Milk Creamer in Sweet Crème
I like to chill the drink for about 10 mins after I blend it, which gives me time to do makeup and get dressed before grabbing it and heading out the door.
A few things I’ve noticed since I’ve started taking the powder every morning:
Lasting energy. I’ve drank this a few times before running (like 45-60 mins before) and have felt super energized through the run.
Feeling alert more quickly. I can get out of bed and start getting ready easily, and I’m not completely dragging on my way to work.
Less bloating. Since I’m not reaching for sugar in the morning, I don’t bloat as badly as I used to.
Feeling full longer. I use this as a meal replacement since it fills me up, so I feel like I’m trimming and toning more quickly.
Overall this little breakfast treat has become a can’t-miss part of my morning routine. If you try my Arbonne chocolate coffee protein drink, comment below or on my Instagram!
