By this time, we have already established that I am among the absolute laziest of chefs. I work two jobs, have two crazy pups, use all of my brain power trying to keep myself functioning and don’t want to spend more than 10 minutes prepping any meal ever. Enter, my favorite superfood bowl! I always have ingredients for this at home. I have a huge sweet tooth, and when I am craving sugar but know it will not serve me, I opt for this instead.
There are no measurements for this - My only serving size suggestion on this is to use two tablespoons of hemp hearts for optimum nutritional value!
Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Fresh strawberries, sliced
KIND Oats & Honey Granola With Toasted Coconut
Local Honey (Local honey is key! Not only is it tasty and are you supporting a local biz, but it helps with allergies. Local honey will include allergens that are native to your area!)
Organic Hemp Hearts
Cinnamon (I add a healthy amount - Great for anti-inflammatory properties)
Optional: Pumpkin Seeds
If I don’t have strawberries on hand, my next best choice is always blueberries. Something about blueberries and cinnamon is soooo yum!
